Who are you? And what do you do?
We are designers and developers dedicated to making the most beautifully simple websites with the latest internet technology for Small Businesses, Artists, Photographers, Models, Architects, and other visually-creative individuals and groups. We make sure you can edit your website content quickly and easily, easily share your content on social media like facebook and twitter, and that you can easily view your website on devices like the iPhone or iPad. We recognize that the website industry is quickly changing, and we only use the most recently developed standards, so that you can remain competitive in your own fields.

Where is your headquarters located?
We’re based in Newport Beach, California. We love working with locals, but we also love hearing from people all over the country.
DESIGN & AESTHETICS
Why are all your website designs so simple?
In a lot of ways, design is subjective. But we believe that simple design is best for a lot of reasons. First, most other companies design cluttered, confusing websites. We put a lot of effort into reducing our websites into as few page as possible. Complexity can be frustrating as well as a waste of time. We believe simplicity gives a sense of peace to the viewer. Simple websites also cause your photos and content to come to the center of the viewer’s focus. With simple, rectangular designs, and shades of white, black, and grey, the colors of your photos will be that much more beautiful and important.
PRICING
How much do your websites cost?
All of our websites are priced the same. $599. And they all come with similar features: image galleries, about page, contact forms, blogs, facebook and twitter share buttons, and a host of other page layouts. Each website is different by their general website layout. But you can get any website you like to be further customized to your liking, by changing colors and fonts for an extra $50.
WEB HOSTING and SUPPORT
What is web hosting? And why do I need it?
All websites require information to be stored on a secure server. Any website will need web hosting. We offer web hosting to all our customers, which not only includes a fast, reliable storage system, but also gets you access to exclusive customer service, regular WordPress them updates, access to our monthly newsletter, as well as email support. You can host your website with two options. Either with a monthly hosting subscription or an annual web hosting subscription. To keep our prices low, and our quality of service high, we do not currently offer web hosting set up on other company’s servers.
DOMAIN NAMES
What is a domain name, and why do I need one?
We offer domain name purchasing and setup. A domain name is the name that people type into their browser to access your website. For instance, www.dustinboling.com is our domain name. That name forwards a visitor to the storage space that contains the information of our website. Every website needs a good domain name. Something that is simple and memorable, so that people can easily find you. We automatically assign you a temporary domain name for your website, which would be yourname.southcoastblogs.com. But we recommend that you purchase a domain name that’s unique to your business.
EMAIL
Do you offer an email address that will work my domain name?
Yes! For just $25, we can set up a Gmail Account, with up to 10 unique email addresses, to match with your domain name.
CUSTOM DESIGN SERVICES
Do you offer additional design services to further customize my website?
Yes we do. If you’re looking for further customization, and help to perfect your site, we can upload content, edit photos, create logos and graphics, and even write text for your, all at a rate of $100/hour. You’ll work directly with our best designers to match the look and intent you want.
PAYMENTS
What kind of payments to you accept?
Currently, we accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, as well as PayPal and checks in the mail. We can also take payments over the phone or online, at your preference.
REFUNDS
Do you offer refunds?
At this time, because website design and hosting is a service, we do not offer any refunds once your website is set up.
